We are looking for staff for the reception and shop, as well as cabin attendants and property maintenance staff, to join our team at Trellebystrands Camping. Scheduled shifts vary between days, evenings, and weekends during weeks 25–32, with the possibility of working before and after this period.
At the start of the program, we’ll hold an orientation session where you’ll all get to meet each other, and we’ll go over the booking system and other details. We’ll also provide training on fire safety and first aid.
Receptionist/Sales Associate
We’re looking for people 18 years of age or older who are service-oriented, friendly, and who believe there’s nothing better than making our guests feel welcome and comfortable here!
As a receptionist, your main responsibilities include selling accommodations, handling check-ins and check-outs, taking reservations by phone and email, managing the cash register, and performing related administrative tasks. You will provide our guests with information about the campground as well as the surrounding area. Guests expect a professional and friendly welcome.
Adjacent to the reception area is our gift shop, which is also managed by the reception staff. Stock management, selling food items and souvenirs are some of the tasks involved. You must be detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle stressful situations. You should have computer skills. You must be fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Cabin Host
As a cabin host, you need to be thorough and able to identify what needs to be done.
The cottage manager inspects the cottages before and after each rental to ensure that the guest has cleaned up and the cottage looks inviting. If the guest has paid for cleaning, you’ll handle it. If something is dirty or broken, you’ll replace it—or contact the maintenance office if it’s something you can’t fix yourself. The job also includes daily inspection of the sauna and washing linens from the cabins.
Property Manager
As a property manager, you’ll be responsible for keeping the outdoor areas clean and tidy. Your duties will include weeding, trimming and mowing the lawn, performing minor repairs, and more. As a property manager, you need to be detail-oriented and able to identify what needs to be done.
You will be greeting guests outdoors, so it is important that you are a problem-solver and can identify guests' needs.
